Dad's calendar comp - This was a calendar I created in memory of my father a few months afer he passed away. It is a very personal project and, because of that, I think one of the best pieces I've ever done.
A Prayer for the World - This was a personal project. When I read this prayer, I found it so beautiful and meaningful, I wanted to display it . The image is a stock image I altered to allow room for the text. I laid out the text to give the impression of the prayer enveloping the world, embracing it.
What has happened to community? - This piece was simply an exercise in typography. I feel the sentiment is very true and a sad commentary on our society and is most powerfully illustrated using only words.
"I dreamed I was a butterfly..." poster - The graphic for this poster evolved from the image of a single butterfly and an exercise in Photoshop. I played with color and transparencies awhile and the end result is what you see. Once the graphic was complete, I searched online for appropriate text. I photographed it framed.
The River CD Original - This is the original CD packaging for this music CD. It features music with a decidedly Japanese feel, very serene and peaceful. I didn't feel the artwork reflected this well so I did a redesign (found elsewhere in this set) for my own copy. The instruments are harp and Japanese flute
The River CD my redesign - This is my redesign. It features 17th century japanese artwork which I felt better reflects the serene, meditative quality of the music.
Vamp Girl composite - This is a composite of 2 different images. It was simply an exercise in several photoshop techniques. I'm not entirely displeased with the results of this first attempt.
