33 MÜNCHEN Villa

A single-storey villa in an opulent Munich suburb is the idyllic setting for this penultimate and 8th architectural journey in Bavaria. The refined elegance offered by this one-storey villa measuring 27 meters by 6 meters in length is the result of a dimensional ratio inspired by a
numerological study ;
The warmth of the ocher brick combines with lime walls and frames ; the Wenge wood openings of chestnut color - of which we see the automatic gate and
one of the entrance doors - integrates rusty texture IPN beam. In order to build this dream house with a private tennis court, it was necessary to have a plot of generous dimensions, with an area of about 1900 sq/m ; the
frontage of 39 meters integrates on its right side an entrance portal with ocher brick pillars ;
Floor covering of the villa consists of an anthracite gray tarred "tarmac" similar than street one : it contrasts skillfully with paths in straw-colored straw ; notice
the integration of four bonsais in a row.
