Design 2007 – 2008 - Developed and implemented the global identity and brand language for P.O.S. displays for the Americas, Asia, and Eastern Europe. - Co-managed Chinese and Israeli vendors in the production of prototypes in lead up to production level samples. - Integrated 3D Modeling and rendering tools reducing development time by more than 70% PACTIV | HEFTY - CPG - Industrial Designer II - Research & Development 2004 – 2006 - Conducted ethnographic and observational research. - Developed and evaluated new product offerings based on factors such as appealing appearance, design-function relationships, materials and methods engineering, application, budget, target price, production costs, methods of production, market characteristics, and client specifications. - Analyzed data to discover new/emerging trends, Analyzed competitors offerings. - Integrated discoveries into sketch concepts product solutions for internal (HEFTY) and external clients (McDonalds, Noodles and Co, Panda Express, Sara Lee, Wendy’s, Pizza Hut). - Designed and engineered highly detailed 3D models using Catia. - Hand built prototypes, prepared and finished prototypes made of SLA and FDM materials. - Traveled to manufacturing facilities to run production samples, work on cost reduction measures, and document production quality of product samples.
