Webpage headers or mastheads for Postal Regulatory Commission - I designed these headers -- one for the main page and the other for continuing pages. These headers were designed in Photoshop CS5 and were approved. They are being incorporated into the new web design, with minor tweaks. It's not live, yet but they hope to finish everything soon.
