Consulting with two award-winning entrepreneurs to improve their product by brainstorming and designing creative solutions for their injury-reducing lifting vest. This has given me experience in manufacturing, rapid prototyping and soft goods.

Iron Mountains LLC: Morgantown, PA: Design Intern: Summer 2010, Winter 2010
Worked with a multidisciplinary team including marketing, design, and engineering for a firm that
specialized in baby furniture and equipment. Researched current market preferences and generated early concept marker renderings for baby strollers and a cup holder for a car seat. Learned about real-world
material, manufacturing processes, CAD software and rapid prototyping.

Target: Exton, PA: Backroom Trainer: April 2008–September 2011
Trained new backroom team members and kept the sales floor stocked.

Circuit City: Exton, PA: Warehouse Employee: August 2007–March 2008
Redesigned warehouse inventory system proprietary to the Exton store location. Reduced item loss and
damage numbers drastically and implemented an improved security protocol.
