Component Design
was a collaboration project with Indesit company about analyze and redesign kitchen appliances refer to users costumes, habits and demands in the kitchen and their related food flow activities. It began with study of more used kitchen appliances such as oven, cook top and continued with understanding life-style of different continents inhabitants in rural and urban areas.
In final phase each micro group redesigned kitchen appliances according to user’s consumption behavior based on his/her location food culture. In this case our project was about western part of Mediterranean area.
