Systemic Design is a method of design that consider a production or consumption system not only a single, isolated system but an open multichannel systems that in various phases overlaps with other systems. Obviously in connection points there is a transaction of input/output which reinforces this relationship by better use of materials or energy consumption and as a result more efficient costs management. As a case study all input/output of Turin prison pastry kitchen were analyzed which led to production of new products and consequently a more positive EBT.
