In-Between

Our design creates a space which people can engage and explore freely. Adjacent to the road, a path of organised overgrown light up trees will lead you down to the main entrance, where the building has been extended with a illuminated glass extension wich will be at the end of the tree path. On the extension frosted glass will have forestry imagery projected onto to it, this combined with light will create the illusion of shadows and silhouettes of people in a forest which can be seen and experienced from both inside and outside. This pathway also connects and creates access to the Abbeylands as a historical landmark in Cavan town.
