Commercial Project - Surat
A proposal for a commercial property in Surat. The ground floor comprises retail store fronts, while the floors above cater to corporate offices. There are nine offices on each floor, designed so as to be combined for larger firms when required. The building is designed with a private balcony for each office unit. The floor plates are staggered following a curved profile, so as to add dynamism to the elevation and create a bold look. Entry is announced via a double height lobby and two massive stainless steel artworks to evoke a sense of opulence and purpose. Total B.U.A. of this project is 126,713 Sq.Ft.
