Detail is retail. This is a manifesto I’ve learned, embraced, and grown with every step of the way in my professional career. It’s the “little things” that matter — I’ve learned through experience that people take notice when I shake their hands with a solid grip, present a project printed on hearty 44 lbs paper, or add a superfine contrast stitch detail to the inside of a blazer.
