HomeCom is a communication device focused on users working from home. The HomeCom allows people to break free of the home study and move around the house, whilst allowing other people to continue their multitasking work and home lifestyles with greater ease. Starting as a single touch screen home phone,and with a clear software and data partition, encourages the user to separate the working and home lifestyles. When in work mode, the HomeCom can be synchronized with a computer to allow for all data access. To access more comprehensive documents,simply slide the screen up to initiate the split screen mode and turn the telecom clip through 90? for its stand function. Finally, an optional virtual keyboard can be projected onto a work surface to enable working anywhere within the house.
