Bachelors Graduation Project - Blackwattle Bay Fire Station

Conversion of the disused Coal Bunker at Blackwattle Bay, Sydney, into a Fire Station, Art Gallery, Restaurant and Cafe, giving the local community a destination point on the waterfront. The main moves are creating site lines through the existing Coal Bunker, extending the existing structure into a new art gallery, extending the existing electricity substation into a new fire station, and stitching the site into its context by connecting it to the adjacent fish market, park and bay.
