algae research park - Riverside Downs serves as a model for a new park system created by friction against the old, natural system represented by Audubon Park. The new park operates on a concept driven by energy production and the public’s interaction within the site. A clean energy plant run from the CO2 emissions of coal plants within the state will drive much of the formal language of the park. The result is an alien, yet picturesque landscape.
