. Co-Designing with a community of people who are living below the poverty line in Bangalore(India), to create a unique improved biomass cook stove to suit their needs.
. Conceptualizing a systemic model for diffusing the new cook stove to similar communities around the city.
. Adopting human centered design methodology while analyzing the ethnographic research data gathered.
. Gathering data through participant observation to identify their culture, value system and perceptions and the value of the solution in their lives.
. Appraise the existing cook stove models for effectiveness,
. Analyzing data gathered, generating concepts and fabricating functional prototypes.
. Evaluate the prototypes built back with the communities and gathering inputs for phase two of design.

The goal of this project was to develop the user interface for a home entertainment and energy management system. The device will replace the thermostat and also act as an entertainment system.
