Create an alphabet; This project was set during the Graphic's rotation of the Art foundation. We were given 2 weeks to create our own alphabet, digital or traditional. Here my sketchbook pages show research, visual analysis and development of my own ideas. I opted to create an alphabet in a traditional method, as I feel the look of sewn type reflects a raw effect that digital methods cannot offer. Each sewn letter has its imperfections, which I quite like about the finalised type.
