Architectural Design Studio5: Mixed-used building

This semester project focused on the design, development and urban integration of a corner building in the
heart of downtown Plymouth, Michigan. A Community Art Learning Center, including other mixed uses that help support the Center, is the proposed design for the site. The Art Center is expected to serve not
only the relatively small (approximately 10,000 residents) village of Plymouth, but also the surrounding areas of Plymouth Township, Northville and Livonia in Metropolitan Detroit. The Art Center offers a major cultural addition to the village, and a showcase for learning and the creation of art.
