Boathouse/Museum
The project is a building containing a museum and a boathouse for the community of the Gowanus Canal area
in Brooklyn, New York. As the Gowanus Canal is renovated, this building could help draw people to the area
to aid in the rebuilding. The design concept for the site is to integrate the building, the neighborhood, and the
site with the water. The design aims to give people a place where they can see a museum and then stay for
outdoor activities.
