The goal of the package was to leave a lasting impression with potential clients. The mark and text of the logo on the business card and letterhead were embossed and debossed. The goal was to give the illusion of the koi fish swimming within the flame. Paper chosen was an Ultra White Neutech Wove for it's pure white color, texture and tactile feel.
This brochure needed to be a statement piece appealing to a target market of individuals and families with distinctive wealth. Used as a sales tool for prospective new clients it was critical that the first impression have a WOW factor. The overall design is understated and elegant – incorporating specialty printing techniques to add a richness and exclusiveness to the piece. Visuals reinforced legacy with framed color photos transitioning to black & white outside of the frame.
McCoy Silk was chosen for the paper due to its pure white appearance and printing quality. An overall soft touch aqueous coating was applied to every page with a spot gloss UV varnish on key elements added. To the touch, each page had a soft, rich feel with the spot gloss UV adding a pop of color to the photography and logos throughout. The logo on the cover was embossed and debossed for consistency with the collateral package.
The inside back cover pocket houses inserts for the two partners and employees of the firm. One business card slit was added for whomever is distributing the brochure.
