This masterplan was developed around a Grade I listed building and its associated curtilage. My goal with this masterplan was to softly merge the new and proposed landscape to demonstrate how the history of the site was reflected within the design.

A rendering I produce of my landscape design to support a railway station and associated carpark. While working with ecologists, highways, and drainage engineers I was able to influence the overall design to add swales between carparking rows which assisted with physically and visually breaking up the carpark. This helped reduce the creation of a heat island and a wind swept environment. I also was able to add an area to the south of the site dedicated to wildlife.
