Whob Chess Set (Noguchi Museum New York) - Whob is a chess set that transform the notions of war on the chess board into a playful movement.

The chessboard is laminated in a way which will allow the chess pieces to be dropped quietly and slide onto its position with magnet embedded inside. This also allows the chess pieces to wobble and hold their position after each move.
