General Responsibilities include:

Prioritizing time sensitive orders
Handling complex requests with patience, professionalism and empathy
Reviewing and resolving problem orders in a timely manner
Exceeding customer expectations through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy and knowledge
Determining the product, size and arrangement of illustrative material
Checking against templates to assure correct layout, panels, die cuts and etc.
Reviewing final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
Preflight/check original files and make them print ready
Creating layouts and proofs for production or client when needed
Preparing notes for staff who assemble final layouts for printing

• Using Tricaster to run Live TV show, and also setup lighting and stage.

Freelance Group
• Designing needs for print products, GUI and photo/video editing. Product, fashion, prorate studio and event photography.

Since 2009 a group of web developers, photographers, videographers and I started a small freelance job company for anyone that has graphic and photographic needs. We have worked with promotional companies, jewelry warehouses, upcoming athletes, singers, models, and small business owners.

Manage incoming and outgoing data, prepare dailies, Photoshop editing, quality control

• Using Nuke to composite green-screen backgrounds, wire removal, multichannel compositing, color-correct, rotoscope and many other operations.

Data Entry

• Worked on the NBA2K11 and K-Swiss tubes campaign. Both jobs required my post production skills to create a final piece off mockups of hero shots. Heavy retouching and masking, color correcting and image manipulating.

Subcontract for Eternal Space Project

• Image researching, masking and landscape photography.

• Using Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign for designing print needs.

Working on catalogs, business cards, brochures, posters and many other print based items.

• Using Photoshop for image enhancing, quality assurance, masking. Also trained new employees.
Daily operation of post work, creating catalogs of 180 and still shots for automotive websites.
