We were given the task to make a product or object that was impossible to manufacture by conventional means other than Rapid Prototyping technology.The lamp consists of several pieces connected by hidden hinges that inspired the name HNG. The system in which the pieces are hinged together allow great movement in one axis giving it the ability to stretch and transform.
