I am currently a Business Administration & Fashion Design Major at Kent State University. Coming from a West African heritage, I use vibrant Ankara or Batik fabrics in my work. My pieces are all from my line Guwala da Nele, which means "beautiful and strong". I am also the fashion editor for a They Say, I Say, We Say, an online Liberian youth magazine. I am seeking internships to continue cultivating my sewing skills and other necessary skills as a modern day designer.
