Bird boxes available throughout the UK tend to commit fully to functionality without much consideration for aesthetics. The variations of cube shaped boxes are dull and in a way, masculine. I want to create a contemporary nesting solution that allows the bird box to be as much a garden ornament as it is a nest. Of course specification of dimensions required by the birds will need to adhered to.
