Experience statement:
Our aim is to extend the design & create a consistent multi-channel touchpoint for customers.
The account section is a fundamental part of this experience, we should treat it as the engine that powers each customer’s betting
experiences.
It is where money is deposited and wins and losses are communicated. In this respect the account section should be the co-pilot, and has a part to play in ensuring excitement as a constant feature of The Experience.
The account section must enable customers to achieve their main
goals, which include depositing funds, seeing their wins (and losses), and
transferring/withdrawing money. The account should give the customer a quick overview and the ability to drill down and explore more details should they want.
There is an opportunity to be a key differentiator to help Ladbrokes stand out from its competitors.
