Shortcut Lamp
The Shortcut Lamp is a result of material exploration with 0.8 mm baltic birch aircraft plywood. Using its ability to flex and be put in tension to create strength, this lamp can be flat packed.
The underside of this lamp creates the shape of a gorgon loop. This shape is also used as the “command” or “shortcut” key on Apple keyboards giving the lamp its name. When hanging, the light source is completely hidden from view.
