Parkside: History and Expectation
This mural is on the side of Liedy School in west Philadelphia. I investigated the rich history of that area of the city, and it turned out that it ranged from the Negro Leagues, to visiting presidents ( Grant ), to German immigrants, to the young kids of the present neighborhood. I included all in the mural.
