UX Designer - Lead UX designer and Information architect on the Keyboarding Pro Deluxe application. Analyzed current user feedback to redesign a platform that would be usable for inexperienced computer users. Incorporated the WCAG 2.0 standard into our Flex development environment making the application available to impaired users. Delivered wireframes, user flows, detailed cut sheets and style guide to an offshore vendor.
