Small Parts - This is a pair of light engine brackets for a palm sized digital projector. Machining was done on a Haas VF-0, took six flips and required a .002 tolerance.
I pod boom box - Face plate for our I Pod boom box, primary construction is of renshape with aluminum and ABS pieces. Raw polished aluminum and painted and textured ren.
Gurwitch - Makeup pencil mockups. The client supplied the pencils which I then sanded, painted, and applied new graphics.
Bones - You're looking at the 6061 aluminum chassis of a windtunnel/display model we built for a heavy truck client. The wheels and axle were done for a previous model, I was responsible for designing and cutting the rest of the piece. Drawn and programmed in Surfcam and cut on our Haas VF-6.

cutting ABS - We work primarily in plastic and foam so all our mills are set up with ABS tables.
