Founder/CEO Thinker Collection (STEM) Worn on TV, Visual/Cre...
San Diego, CA
I'm a marketer by training, a prolific 20-year visual/product/brand designer, serial founder (now STEM-designed consumer products and games) and T100 retail channel architect by trade. My passion is in conceiving digital/physical products/companies from napkin sketch: Strategy, IP/features, targets, models, funding, biz dev/PR, launch/growth. Consumer + tech, as my genome is 1/2 design + 1/2 engineering.
Also featured Women 2.0 post author, 26 March 2013: "Leaning In at Textiles for Thinkers, STEM Games". Still looking forward to blogging for Huffpost on girls/women in STEM, past this busy season.
Have coached Startup Weekend San Diego teams that won Qualcomm Labs awards, advised Sunnyvale incubator ventures on marketing, and designed HowdyHood.com's brand/site UX. I've led early-stage marketing for mobile, founded themed retail start-ups, renovated homes @ 50-100%+, managed Sun products at a master VAR, architected Sun Microsystem's first campus retail channel (and was awarded), and was a Washington, D.C. management consultant.
I've received at least four recommendations, several of which disappeared when I revised my profile and omitted several jobs.
