The Mygo Max has been designed to offer all of the features and benefits of it's predecessors, but with greater comfort, additional growth and more options to suit the larger teenager or young adult. As part of the duo working on this project my primary responsibilities centred around the upholstery design for the Mygo Max, following on from my experience in this area designing the EDS. This is a seat for teenagers and young adults so the look had to be more mature than projects we had previously designed, while keeping the users comfort as paramount. As well as allowing for heat management of the users body, being easy to removed and easy to clean, and having minimal impact on the their skin, we also added new upholstery features for our maturing users including iPod pouches, storage compartments, and personalisation/I.D sections.
