Meeting center

The set for the intervention is one of the
storehouses of the liquidated sugar factory In
Lublin, eastern Poland. The place neighbors
with the neglected, poor housing areas. It is
also in the proximity of the Technical University.
This social potential is considered a generating
factor to create a meeting place for
different, and now isolated groups of people.
The ephemeral, self-build intervention is a
first step towards more permanent changes.
The unused storehouse was interpreted
as a container, that can be
filled with different uses, depending
on the needs.
