BenchTable - Stimulate social interaction in the street - Social contact is important for the liveability of neighbourhoods. The Bench/Table tries to stimulate interaction in the encroachmentzone (the zone between dwelling and street which is not private nor public).
The Bench/Table is useable as table, bench and storage and is placed in between two neighbours. Folded, each neighbour has its own separated bench with storage. Unfolded the neighbours together have a shared table where they can have a drink or play a game.
