You Are here Travel App
To promote a more free and personalized way of traveling and show off smaller more quaint businesses, I designed an app that will help travellers discover what’s around them. You Are Here will help people discover other cultures while also promoting a better community within backpackers and travellers. I incorporated the idea of Geocaching in a digital format to help keep the sense of an adventure or even a scavenger hunt. The users will be able to take the pace they want and find exactly what they want even if they don’t quite know. I also incorporated an offline section where users can download packages before they leave so that if they don’t have access to wifi then they can still use the app.
