Objective: Create a complete experience for a shopper that promotes the Mopar Parts and Service Brand. This program is currently rolled out to Chrysler Dealers across the world. I utilized the process of Retail Science to create an experience from all shopping habits. Whether it was service, sales, or waiting we created different touch points for each shopping path.
