Waste production increases from year to year. The mass industry focuses on the increase in the volume sold, resulting in excessive consumption, which in turn causes an increase in the number of waste. Therefore, in the early stages of the project, we should think about the material and its re-use.
The EDGER table collection combines conscious upcycling with aesthetics and personalization. The project brings together the value of using flat packaging in transport, recycled materials and customizing the product for self-assembly. Round and thin EDGER countertops made from processed production materials: glass, plastic and paper, which are supported by a steel structure of the furniture suitable for recycling. Countertops can be freely exchanged depending on preferences, thus refreshing the image of the furniture. EDGER was designed in two sizes 60cm and 90cm. The small and round shape of the table will perfectly fit into any space. "
