Received BA in Commercial Art & Design.
Other areas of study include Graphic Design, Time Based Media,
and Fine Arts (painting and drawing).

-Promotional work and exhibited pieces of work throughout local
venues and businesses including M.I.A.D., Moct, Crisp, and Foxglove Gallery.
-Experience in helping set up and organize gallery and show events with
promotional material such as post cards, business cards, and posters.

-Participant in MIAD 2009 Spring Senior Exhibition.

Thesis Objective: design focus on the conceptual union of humanitarians such as
Gandhi, MLK, and Helen Keller, in conjunction with historical fashion design that
compliments their thinking and contributions to mankind.

Placed 2nd Nationally for the 2010 Pabst Artwork Competition. Art
is currently displayed on select transit buses throughout the Milwaukee
area.

Illustrations published in a business joke book, “If you Try to Please Everybody,
You Will Lose Your Ass” - Stephen Einhorn. (Milwaukee, WI ‘07)

Volunteered as a Asst. Creative Director at Pathfinders (Milwaukee, WI '10), a housing unit homeless,
pregnant, and other troubled teens seeking help. Worked with youth ages
14-18 with writing projects and other creative expressive means (drawings, collage,
and music).

Skills

EXTENSIVE practice and knowledge of:

-Photoshop CS5 - Practices in finessing illustrations, compiling images,
digital/traditional merging of work (editorials, spots, apparell design)

-Illustrator/Indesign CS5 - Practices in logo/identity development, packaging
design, brochures, magazines, posters (in conjunction with Photoshop)

Very efficient and creative in thumbnails/concepts and developmental sketches.
I frequently work with and give feedback to collaborating artists. Also pursuing
a stronger focus in graphic/communication design.

in fine arts/design.
