Worked with Marketing Communications to develop and launch a contractor targeted e-mail campaign to promote inspiring projects and build awareness of Architectural Specialties capabilities.

Developed a process and standard work to improve the creation, tracking, and documentation of product, packaging and sample labels for the Architectural Specialties Business.

Worked with New Product Development teams and Market Communications group to develop, commercialize, and launch new products for the Core Commercial Ceilings Business.

Lead a team in the development and implementation of a new web tool to help our internal and external customers build commercial ceiling product specifications in a much simpler way.

Worked with a team to design, develop, build, and launch a 40 foot Mobile Showroom. This included design and construction of actual product installations, a variety of digital product presentations and tools, along with a variety of display boards to tell the entire Armstrong Commercial Ceilings story.

Recognized the need for and developed a design process for product development in the Architectural Specialties business to improve the speed and quality of new products being launched.

Provided design services for high level custom and boutique ceiling projects for the Architectural Specialties business.

Created and lead training programs to educate Sales Managers and Armstrong Customers on the entire Architectural Specialties product portfolio.

Co-Inventor on US Utility Patents for Armstrong Commercial Ceiling Systems, Woodworks Linear and Woodworks Concealed.

Established drawing specification guidelines for all new Architectural Specialties products launched.

Developed an extensive understanding of ceiling systems installation across all Armstrong Building Products business units through full scale testing builds and training mock-ups.
