Lead the design department consist of six jr. designers.
Control all design related consist of three brands:
embroidery/ garment accessories design
two fashion jewelry brand.

Design and design consultant: techniques, materials sourcing, direction for the brands image, product direction and control all aspects of the design process.

WOMEN’S SHIRT:
(July 2011-Feb.2013) Lead a team of designers and graphic designers for trend direction and designs.
Responsible for all aspect of the design process, fashion styling and product styling for catalog.

WOMEN’S LEATHERGOODS:

(Jan. 2012- Feb.2013) As head of design for accessories, I was given new task to create the brand's new line of leather goods. Responsible for designs that best translate the brand's identity. Source new materials and consult with factory for new techniques. Communicate with supplier to obtain the right design/product on time. Overlook product shooting for catalog.

As the brand is expanding I was chosen among other designers to be head of men's and women's accessories department. Responsible for seasonal theme and trend direction. Communicate with other designers and come up with designs that goes with the apparel to create the total look that best translate the brand's identity. Control overall design process. Fashion styling and product styling for catalog.

Work as a team to come up with seasonal direction. As individual, come up with fabric selections and washing style/technique. Provide graphic designer with graphic directions and technique. Control all aspect of design process. Fashion styling and product styling for catalog.
