Created and streamlined processes and procedures involved in the development of garments, including Tech packs, Measurement charts, BOMs, fit notes and Grading. Standardized how client and factory will measure garments.

2009-present IWOM - INNER WARMTH OUTER MOBILITY
Created original technical sketch for Insulated sports stadium attire and technical hunting apparel. Contributed to design and construction direction. Responsible for fit of garments and all related communication with factory; sketch update, fit notes and measurement chart.

2010 ATMOSPHERE CLOTHING COMPANY
Designed men’s and women’s snowboarding outerwear and sportswear, including jeans, hats, gloves and socks, for the 15-30 year old demographic. Responsible for complete tech package, fabric selection, development of trims, labels, hang tags and graphics. Created and maintained BOM, measurement charts and sketches. Standardized fit and grading for men’s and women’s apparel. Communicated with factory regarding finalization of lab dips, fabrics, graphics, measurement charts, fit changes, tech packages and product.

2008/2010 SHOWERS PASS, PORTLAND, OR. Designed collection of outerwear and active sportswear for the urban cyclist. Created technical package for factory including BOM, measurement chart, detail sketches. Responsible for fittings and all related updates to sketches. Worked on graphics, trims and fabric choices.

2008 EDDIE BAUER, BELLEVUE, WASHINGTON Designed highly technical men’s collection of outerwear and mid-layer apparel. Create technical package for factory including BOM, measurement chart and detail sketches. Developed fit for Women’s outerwear block in collaboration with design team. Designed and developed new styles for technical women’s outerwear line.

2007 NAUTILUS, BOULDER, CO Designed workout apparel including outerwear and sportswear.

2007 ROYAL ROBBINS, MEDESTO, CA Designed street inspired Women’s outerwear and fleece apparel line. Created technical packages for development. Researched and selected fabrics for all applications.

2006 NEW BALANCE PERFORMANCE OUTERWEAR, NEW YORK, NY Designed Women’s outerwear collection of skiwear including 3 layer, 2 layer, insulated, soft shells and fleece.
