Quickmount PV Solar Panel Roof Mount 1
This was my first design project with Quickmount PV. The goal was to update the company's flag ship project after several years. The basic mechanics of the block remained the same however some radii were shrunk, and certain geometry was modified based on recommendations from the casting OEM. The block was also made in a low profile version.
These blocks are used for attaching solar panel mounting systems to residential roofs in a manner that is consistently waterproof while being very easy to install quickly.
