As BIM/CAD Manager, I was accountable for promoting BIM ideology and creation/update/management of BIM common data environment. Managed to dismantle commercial/contractual barriers between Costain, Lang O Rourke and Halcrow to ensure timely coordination of design between all stakeholders. Advised Halcrow and Costain management teams on future practical, efficient use of Bentley building suite BIM tools to achieve BIM level 2.
