Addition and renovation for a 50-bed Long Term Care facility. Peter provided construction administration and client contact for Phase I and Phase 2. Project Cost: $12 million.
A homelike environment for living was the goal of this project. It was achieved through creating private resident rooms in neighborhoods around a beautify town center.
