Ecological Chair - Winner of a furniture design contest in 2005 by Bouty Inc. (www.bouty.com)
The chair is designed to fold itself flat and to save space in the transport phase of the life cycle.
The freightliner's volume is optimised in a way that no space is lost. In the end the manufacturer needs less trucks and fuel to do the distribution.
