Small Conference/Seating area in an open office space - I worked with an Interior Design Company TVP to help with design and renderings for a project they have been working on, showing the layout of the open office workstations as well as some private seating areas and conference rooms. I modeled the project using SketchUp and 3DMax. Materials and renderings were completed using Mental Ray. Post production work was completed using Photoshop.
Mark Building Company Homes - Manor House - These homes were completed for a local residential home builder. The renderings are being used for Marketing as well as display pieces. I modeled them using SketchUp and then importing them in to 3DMax 2010. Materials and rendering was done in Mental Ray. Post production used for landscaping and Background, completed in Photoshop.

Used 3D people and cars from various companies. Post production work consisted of light adjustments, taillight streaks and some color adjustments as well.

Student Housing Project - University of Maryland - The image for this student housing project was used for a "Request for Proposal" The project included a retail component as well. The project was modeled in SketchUp. It was then imported into 3DMax where Mental Ray was used for Texturing, Lighting, and rendering. Photoshop was used for Post production.
Office Building - Office building designed for a location in Baltimore along the inner harbor. The project was modeled using SketchUp. Used Google earth's 3D building option to create a background image, to place the building in the proper location. Imported the SketchUp model into 3DMax for texturing, lighting and rendering using Mental Ray. Photoshop was used for post production.
Office Building - Evening Shot - The intent of this image was to show a potential tenant an idea of how there building would look at the vantage point selected. The other challenge was using the Street level view in Google earth to camera match the proposed building into the image and convert the image from daylight to evening. The model was created in SketchUp. It was then imported into 3DMax where I used Mental Ray for Texturing, Lighting, and rendering. Photoshop for Post Production work.
Daylight - Evening Conversion - This image was to show how I edited the daylight image into a evening/dusk shot. The image was later used as a camera match exercise showing a potential business what there office could look like at the vantage point taken. Photoshop was used extensively for the conversion.
