Given an empty plot of land I was asked to construct a building that consist of a neighborhood community center that houses non-profit organizations and transitional housing for women. (By clicking on each individual page you will be able to view the image larger)
The community garden, which serves as a landmark for the neighborhood, was inspiration for the design of the new building.
The building was designed to wrap around the existing garden space, allowing each room to have natural light and healing views of nature.
