Designed for low end buyers who seek for an affordable urban living.
Bira - Medium sized neo-modernist residential building (but real estate salespersons on Jakarta call it "minimalist house").
They're designed for small cluster (1 to 4 typical mirrored buildings in one neighborhood).
A16 no 59 - David and Danica's house. It's built just a block from the previous image (A15 no 3, 5, 6).
A synergy of metaphor and neo modernism architecture.
Formalism speaking: it was derived from neo modernism.
But it's color symbolizes trees, woods, and stones for a natural look.
Bira II C3 1A - Both are in the same neighborhood complex with the previous images. Therefore the similarity of these siblings 'faces' was preserved.
Paniki (b) - We developed these three also from A15 3, 5, 6. They have relatively similar plans.

Paniki (developed from Opak 10) - Minimalism with curves? I don't know if there is right or wrong about that.
