Ecobashing!
what better way than hapa-zome to try your luck with Eco-Dyeing! Thanks to India Flint and her book Eco colour that i came across this carefree way to transfer all those beautiful hues on to the fabric! Who would have thought that a simple walk across the lane could get you a rainbow cloth!
I started with a few fallen leaves and flowers(thank god for spring and all the blooms!) and bashed them between two layers of fabric and tada!!
I am sure different mordants and seasons would result in different colors from the same kind of flowers/leaves. So much more to look forward to.
