I was a Business owner and manager for 9 years as a Residential Contractor in North Carolina. I then moved to Georgia and worked as a Superintendent for a Commercial Contractor. There I managed the construction of large banks and office buildings on a Marine Base in Albany, GA. I have 20 plus years of hands on experience in the construction field. I am a hard worker with an eye for detail and quality work. I have learned to multi-task and resolve problems through past work experience, military, and college. I am a great problem solver with a innovative style of working out difficult situations. I have excellent interpersonal relationship with my co-workers, venders, and clients. I believe I have the ability to learn any new job. I am presently enrolled in Construction Management at ITT-Tech until September 2011.
