Naturalistic Pod - Children in the naturalistic pod are nurturing by nature and they relate one's information with their natural surroundings. These children learn best in a natural environment, thus the pod is located near the outdoor open area.
Spatial Pod - Children in the spatial pod has great imagination, they have good spatial judgement and are able to visualize with the mind's eye.
Kinesthetic Pod - Children in the kinesthetic pod has good control of one's bodily motions and has the capacity to handle objects skilfully. These children learn best by moving and doing things hands-on, thus the kinesthetic pod is relatively larger, allowing for movement.
Logical Pod - Children in the logical pod are good with numbers, reasoning, and are able to recognize abstract patterns. The logical pod best fits the conventional classroom, whereby the children learn by doing test papers.
Intrapersonal Pod - Children in the intrapersonal pod are introspective and has great self-reflective capacities. The intrapersonal pod is the most isolated pod because of the children's introspective nature.
Interpersonal Pod - Children in the interpersonal pod has great interacting skills, they learn by playing together, doing things together, learning together. The children like to interact with each other, being a good team player.
Musical Pod - Children in the musical pod are sensitive to sounds, rhythms, tones and music. The children learn best by singing playing musical instruments.
Linguistic Pod - Children in the linguistic pod has great language skills, they learn by conversing, public speaking, writing and reading.
Main Area - Located at a central location, surrounded by the pods. It is a space for the children to interact and play together. Applying what they have learnt in a shared environment.

Foster Eight is a Kindergarten/ Childcare Center. The idea was aroused from the misconception that academic ability and achievement is the gauge to future success and intelligence of an individual. Foster Eight incorporates the idea of multiple intelligence and also the method of learning by receiving and learning by application.
